These are a fairly basic set of MIDI controlled, solenoid drum actuators. Design and development began in 1998. They have proved useful for rhythm exploration and production work over the years. Being essentially a set of "things that hit other things with varying degrees of force" there is a large scope for creative exploration within the acoustic environment.Shown here with Kick/Snare/HiHats in 2006.
